Workplace Assessor and Mentor Course
A workplace assessor skill set presented by Dave Sullivan of Active Training Specialists.
Suitable for supervisors, senior process operators, senior trade technicians who, as part of their role, are required to assess and / or mentor other process operators, technicians or support personnel in the workplace.
The participant will receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of this course. The units of competency are transferrable to the full certificate IV (TAE40110) qualification should the participant wish to pursue this at a later date.
This course is suitable for participants who do not require the full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment but who do require qualification to assess colleagues in the workplace.
This course is 2 days and therefore it allows experienced personnel who complete this course to assess personnel in the short term.
It supports the Belltech Services and Active Training Specialists PMA08 competency development program for PMA08 certificates II, III and IV (for those clients who have enrolled in this service).
Process Safety Awareness Course
This is a job readiness course invaluable for new operations and support staff.
- Process operators, trade technicians or operations support personnel who have limited or no experience in the process industry (typically, the participant will be new to the industry, or have limited exposure)
